payment and shipping
A. Shipping costs and information:
By default, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will take place via DPD, UPS, DHL or a freight forwarder. The applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you would like shipping to another country, please write us an email before placing an order (insert email address) and please tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner about the shipping option and the costs in advance.
I. Shipping within Germany:
For shipping within mainland Germany we charge a flat rate of 6.99 euros per order. When shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of 0 euros. From a gross order value of 99 euros we ship free of charge. For cash-on-delivery shipping, we also charge a standard fee of 5.90 euros.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you must bear. These include, for example, costs for transferring money through credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). B. Payment information:
I. When shipping within Germany For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description:
1. Advance payment by bank transfer - conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 8 days, stating the intended purpose. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing.
2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit) - After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please make sure that you provide us with your bank details correctly as part of the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. Collection by direct debit takes place before the goods you ordered leave our warehouse.

4. Cash on delivery - upon delivery you pay to the transport company commissioned by us, which is authorized to receive the amount of money to be paid by you. Please note that for cash on delivery shipping we also charge a standard cash on delivery fee of 5.90 euros.
5. Delivery on account - After receiving the invoice, transfer the amount you have to pay to our bank account within 8 days. Please note that this method of payment is only possible after activation.
6. Cash payment upon collection or delivery - you collect the goods from us yourself or have us bring the goods to your home and pay on site in cash or by debit card. We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can pick up the goods by appointment
